adding freshwater to replenish evaporated saltwater - how to match PH?

if i was to add freshwater to a salt water tank, the freshwater pH is usually very low, should i bring the PH back up before adding? i took a test of my water from the RO filter, it's about 6.5. everything else 0. if so, how do you bring the PH up?

my tank measures about 8.0

I dont do anything to it. I just add FW and let the PWC`s buffer the water.

No need to do anything to your makeup water for top offs. If it's coming from an RO filter, just use as is.

RO/DI filtered water has very few ions in it, so the relative number of positive to negative is inconsequential, they will all be overwhelmed by all the ions in your saltwater.
