Advice on building Plywood Aquarium 200 gallon

Hello,
We are looking to build our first aquarium for our Silver Arowana out of plywood...
We would love if someone can help us with an idea on what materials we need to get, dimensions, thickness of glass and plywood and also how to make sure it will stay stable as our Arowana is starting to become very boisterous.
