I néed an algae eater of some sort for my ten gallon. It needs to live harmoniously with guppies. I'm going to supplement it with lettuce and algae wafers.
Any suggestions?

Is there a reason you need an algae eater? Most plecos have huge bio load and need larger tanks. You can simply reduce algae by reducing light, frequent water changes and avoiding over feeding.

+1 on snails. IMO none of the algea eating fish are suitable for a 10g.

Okay thanks
I don't want it just to eat algae I also want a bottom swimmer

Oh and I only feed 1 flake twice a day and my lights are on for 5 hours
I do 50% weekly water changes
