My stock is:
3 Mickey Mouse Platies
3 Mollies
5 Glofish
1 Zebra Danio
5 Neon Tetras
1 Male Betta
3 Black Skirt Tetras

I am feed 2x a day but I am watching that all food is eaten I thought that if all the food was being eaten that the fish were hungry and I was not over feeding. I have read alot of people are feeding once a day and some are every other day.
I see the fish pecking at the botton though out the day.

I don't think you're overfeeding. I feed my tropical community fish 3x a day in very SMALL proportions. My feeder guppies get fed 5x a day in small proportions, but I wouldn't recommend that. I like to keep them gut-loaded, plus I do two 50% PWCs every week.
Also, don't feed them if they "look" hungry. That is often why people overfeed.
