I have an Amazon sword about 12 inches 2 weeks ago i put one of those root tabs and a stem grow from the plant al the way to out of the water and leaf are starting to grow along the stem. should a leave it alone or i should cut it and replanted.By accident I cut about 2 inches from the tip so i replant that little piece to see if it grow.

Yep, let it grow. That's how it propagates. It should grow three or four baby plants on it. My understanding is that you wait for roots to grow and then separate them and plant. I've got a really long runner myself right now.

If you let it grow out of the tank it will flower. Your sword must be happy.
