Appears to be lacking the proper nutrients. Are you using plant tabs? If not that would be a good start. I would trim the bad leaves off to. Cut them as close to the root of the plant as possible.

aqua tech 5-15 ehiem 50w heater, 2 green corys and a crowntail female betta. Black substrate, java moss on DW and Amazon sword and Chainsword

What about ferts, lights, co2? Tank size? Parameters that you know?

Search em root tabs, water pram last I checked 4 days ago was 0-0-20 5.5 gallon got a small bulb above and a 13watt high power besides the tank
