Oh I will do that today so I just throw the used sponge filter in the tank just let it float

squeeze it out into the water and float it. if its a sponge filter that runs of air then hook an air pump and airline up to it

update lol finallllllly water perimeters are 100% perfect unfortunately lost my id shark bala shark and peacock eel, my 2 cichlids pulled through was crazy while I was fighting ammonia I also got ich to but glad its all over um im also using a new product in my tank one of the people told me to try at big als and its actually amazing product will post a pic of it and thanks everyone for your help and fast responses couldn't of done any of it without ya

Stability is an awesome product from what I hear. My buddy runs a fish room and he sells it. Personally I use microbe-lift products but it all comes down to personal preference.
