ammonia or stress zyme for cycling??

Stress Zyme doesn't really do much for cycling... search the site here on it and you'll find a lot of opinions related to that. I've used the Dr Tims stuff and it works, although not instantly. I'd say it cut down the cycle from 4 weeks to 1 week.

fish food or shrimp both will work but with ammonia you can control it a lot better. ammonia with out question is the best. if you od you can do small water change to fix it. too much of a water change you can add some ammonia back. with fish food/shrimp it takes time to break down.
