Most people use an eye dropper or medicine syringe (the kind for measuring infant liquid meds) to measure how much they are putting in. I don't know that there is a precise number as part of it has to do with the strength of your ammonia as well.
Yep - using a syringe or dropper is a good idea to get the exact dose right. That calculator I posted factors in the strength of the ammonia, so it's pretty accurate.
