Anemone help

My condy has moved and is WEDGED in this rock I dont want it to kill off the frogspawn with it being so close I've tried blasting it with a power head and it acted like it wanted to move but didn't go far then eventually decided to come back can't really tickle it out as there's no access to the foot is there any other way I can get it to move?

Not without really damaging the stalky part it's super glued to the same rock
