Angel fish problem! Help!

Just got into having angelfish and this problem just randomly occurred what am I doing wrong? This isn't my fish couldn't get a good pic it's not this severe but this is what is happening.

what do you have your tank stocked with?

Probably your other fish. Angels are slow movers and fast fin nippers will tear up Angel fins fast.

Knowing your stock would likely pin point this assumption.

Rainbow fish, baby rosy barbs, neon tetras, long finned red minor, and white cloud or (mountain fish). And some Nerite snails.

It's the barbs or tetras. Both can be aggressive fin nippers.

I'd say rosy barbs. Maybe the Minors..
