Angelfish disease?

I have what I believe a mated pair of angels only they haven't spawned yet so I'm unsure. My female has developed a white bump
On her lip and has had clear poop? I tried melafix but it didn't work. Fish seems fine otherwise. The other angel Won't eat anymore he seems fine swimming around etc but his belly looks a little bloated? He comes out when there is good and puckers his mouth like he is going to eat but then backs off. I'm at a loss my water parameters are great ( I've kept plenty of fish) and my other fish seem fine.

I'd go ahead and treat for internal parasites with either Praziquental or metrozoidale, API General Cure contains both. The string white feces and refusing to eat are signs to start treatment.

I would, it's harmless to plants, inverts, and the biofilter.
