Angelfish has black spot above eye and become lethargic

Hi .

I’m getting quite worried about my platinum angelfish . I’ve had her for about 6 months . All of a sudden she’s barely eating and shying away in a corner. All I can see visibly is a black spot above eye and a greyish patch I’m centre of body.
Any advise or help with regards to this will be greatly appreciated.

Please see below answers to questions in the link you provided.
1) tropical platinum angelfish. Has a black spot above eye , grey patch on body , acting strange and barely eating.

2) Tank parameters are P.H 6.8, ammonia 0ppm , nitrites 0ppm, nitrates 0 , temp 26.4 Celsius .

3) tank is 250 lites , set up for 10 months

4) filtration - Fluval 307

5) currently housing 5 angelfish , 10 rainbow fish , 1 red tail shark , 2 mini pelcos.

6) last water change yesterday . 50% water change every week with vacuum of gravel.

7) had fish for 6 months

8) not address anything new to tank

9) food is a mixture of flakes and granules with added vitality and garlic guard . Also feed frozen brine shrimp.
