Angelfish orange spot help

I have a twenty five gallon tank with ten angelfish and an algea eater. Recently one of my angelfish has developed orange spots on his back near his upper fin. I have no idea what this could be and I'm looking for help.

I have seen angelfish develop orange in their coloration. It's probably just normal

Like a bump? Or fuzz? Or sore?

Also are the juvie angels? Even if they are that's a lot of angels.....

I bumped up the temperature and it seemed to make it look more like coloration. Thanks. They are small and I planned on getting another tank.
