There are little leg/claw like things sticking out of the LR in the middle of the screen any ideas what it is? It also moves

No it's not a mantis. That's a claw of what looks to be a crab. Mantis shrinp have spears or clubs.

Yeah looks like a normal hermit or air could just be a hermit crab molt that got stuck in that hole, move a net close to it and see if it moves

Hard to tell, only seeing the front of a claw, but looks like it could be a Porcelain crab.

Red Banded Snapping Shrimp is my guess. I had one come in with a coral on some live rock. Took me a month to get a good enough look at it to identify it.
