It's a flatworm. This type is harmless and are commonly seen in new systems. You may not see this critter ever again as they tend to die off in a short time.

I saw 3 of them so far. Wasn't sure wether to take them out or not. I'm new to salt water, am at the end of my tank cycle and starting to see all sorts. So I will be asking a lot of "silly" questions.
