Anyone seen my shrimp ?

Hi all, I have a 20 litre tank that is well established with 3 female variatus platys , I bought two Zebra snails and an amano shrimp last Saturday , snails are great and doing well, shrimp however has gone missing! I last saw him in my live plant having a good time , haven't seen him since Thursday did a 20% water change and gravel clean yesterday and thoroughly checked the tank took everything out checked all components of my pump shook out my live plant and had a feel for anything and no shrimp to be seen. can someone please shed some light on my missing shrimp , all I can think of is that he's either been eaten by my girls or jumped out even though I don't see how that would be possible.

Any advice would be much appreciated
