Aqueon 29 kit info for reef

Thinking of this aqueon 29 but know it is not 100% as needed for a reef tank. Years ago I was a SW Junkie but have forgotten most everything,. Besides a blue light, what would I have to purchase? I am retired and on a fixed income.

Is it the fresh water one . I got it changed filter now about to change lights

One of the Chinese knock of led panels will cover the tank with all the light you'd need to keep photosynthetic corals.
That and a ro/di unit would be all I'd assume you'd need for a Reef tank.
