Hello,

I have had my Aqueon Column tank for a while now and ran a fishless cycle for a month. All levels were achieved. I then started off with 4 Harlequin Rasboras. A few weeks later I added 3 more. A few weeks after that I added 3 German Show Guppies and 1 Trapdoor snail.

Everything seems to be going well! I was wondering if I could add one last fish or snail and, if so, if any of your had any suggestions. I would be willing to upgrade my filter if need be.

Specifics:
Column Tank (15.25" x 15.25" x 18" (accounting for gravel)
Aqueon QuietFlow 10
Heater

Thanks in advance!

That is about 18 gallons, so you could definitely add some more fish/snail but it depends on what fish you want.

Thanks for the responses so far. Anyone else? Something orange or red?

Great idea! I would add a flame dwarf gourami, they are orange and blue, really beautiful. You might be able to add more guppies, but remember that they are really messy fish.

I was just wondering since he has an 18 gallon tank, if he's kind of under filtered with just the Aqueon 10 on there?
