Baby fahaka puffer - help

Just got a baby fahaka puffer it's under a inch in size. It's currently in a 5.5g quarantine tank. It's day 3 and all it has done since being brought home is sit at the bottom. It hasn't swam much and has only ate the one time after being released into the tank.

What are your water values reading? Should only be nitrates, and at that nothing above 10 ppm
They're sensitive fish
Could be internal parasite, they are 99% wild caught. Treat with PraziPro and you should be good to go
Also, what size tank is he going into? They do get 16+" in size......
180 should be sufficient IMO
 
He will be going into a 180, I'm picking up within the next two weeks
