Ok so I've had my 10 gallon set up for about 2 weeks running a finnex Ray2 and two 2 liter diy co2. Just started dosing API co2 booster everyday and some seachem flourish every two days. Now what I'm wondering is if all this algae on my baby tears is normal in a new aquarium? Here's some pics

Some algae is stringy brown and just brown algae on the rocks and glass. There is also a thick layer of green algae on one clump of baby tears.
The lights run for about 10 hours on weekends and 6 hours on weekdays. The timer is set to run 10 hours but I turn the light off right before I head out in the morning and when I get back I turn it on and leave it on for about 5 hours. Not at my house on the weekends so the lights run its full time(10hrs). The baby tears pearl occasionally and seem to be doing O.K.

So is this just new tank symptoms or is this actually a problem?

Thanks
