Bad cooling fan on led radion xr15

I have two radion xr15 one of them the cooling fan goes on off just wondering why one has never came on tested it at 100% for five min fan never came on I have email company hope get replacement one

Ecotech is pretty good about stuff, especially when under warranty. I've had a power module go bad and they replaced it...same for one of the RMS units I bought not being drilled right. They'll send it with a return slip for you to mail back the bad unit.
