Been awhile, heres my new tank..and a few ?'s

I recently purchased a 65g.







I have it stocked with;

3 Lyretail Mollies
3 Glass Catfish
2 Dragonhead Guppies
1 Common Pleco


Questions:

I saw a freshwater " brackish" puffer fish and want to know what brackish is and if its worth converting from your typical freshwater tank?

Also I have a 75g marine land filtration system, but my water still looks the tiniest bit cloudy when looking from the side, should I purchase another 30-75g filter?

Brackish is a hybrid between saltwater and freshwater. I would recommend not to buy the puffer, though

Because you would need to convert it to a brackish tank.
