I have been treating it for about a week with raising the temp and adding garlic in the tank both fish are looking good no white spots the cloudy popped Eye is back to normal I was when I can't introduce back to the main tank

S. Reintroduction is always a judgement call. It's always best to not rush. You need to gradually lower the hospital tank temp. To match that of the display tank before reintroduction.

Did the ich infection occur in the main tank?

What temperature is the hospital tank at and how long has it been at that temperature?

Ich has a specific lifecycle and I usually treat 7-10 days after the last of the spots disappears when using the heat treatment.
