Best clean up crew for fry tanks?

I'm setting up a ten gallon tank. I just bought a deep blue professional system 10 sponge filter. Once the tank is cycled. I will be using it for GBR fry. I want to know what's the best clean up crew for the tank. Snails, shrimp or something else. And what type?

Thats what I was thinking. Wondering if anyone had any personal experience with a certain one. How many would you recommend for a ten Gallon? IK they don't breed in freshwater so I'll have to buy them all upfront.
