Best corals

Hi

I am kind of new to saltwater tanks. I am looking for suggestions for hardy easy beautiful and fast spreading coral. I have a 40 gal tank.

Suggestions?

Green Star Polyps they are very easy very cool looking and in right conditions spread very very very fast.
Zoanthids are good to they spread somewhat fast and are easy to take care of

Beauty is in the eye of the viewer, one man's orchid is another man's weed.

The the corals that are the hardiest, fastest growing, etc. are mushrooms, zoanthids, Xenia spp., and others. In the right conditions many LPS and even some SPS can take over pretty quickly.

Don't pay for those corals either. Join a local reef club and your fellow reefer will be happy to give you frags. Then you can save your money for the cool stuff.
