what's the best variety of food to use?
my 33gal's gonna have
2 percs, 1 gramma, 1 yellow watchman, and 1 flame or coral beauty
i'm thinking of going with dried krill, veggie flakes, and a staple flake

i think most go with a frozen combo. some use flake and have no problems, but when i used flake in a 20 gal, i had nitrate problems... hth

I think that is too many fish you are planning on putting in that small of a tank.

I soak my frozen food in these:

I switch between Formula 1 and flakes for a variety.

Not sure if these are compatible w/a reef set up. I feed everyother day.

That does look like too many fish for that tank.

Maybe get a pistol shrimp for your watchman goby.

I agree as well. You can choose to exceed the general “stock limit” rule of 1” per 5 gal but you will only stress your stock & battle algae/no3 levels constantly IMO.

As far as what to feed this post covers it well.

i feed anly frozen but thats just me i would say get frozen krill over dried krill the dried stuff has less nutritional value and is harder to digest and my brand of choice for frozen prep is life line my clown loves it but it kkinda hard to come buy some places

p.s. i would have to say that is to many fish i would say no more than 3 of them
