Went to the Wet Spot this weekend looking for some new additions for my cycled 40 gal and it appears that Golden Dojo Loaches are against the law to sell in Oregon.
That sucks ! So...I'm wondering who uses who as far as reputable online retailers?
The only real issue I have is that I'm a single dad that works all day so I'd have them shipped to my work, keep them in a neutral environment until 4:30, then take them home and acclimate them. But I'm wondering if that would be too long to be in a shipping container ?? I'd rather not get them if there's an above average chance of something going wrong because of my schedule, and I sure as hell wouldn't want them sitting in a warm mailbox until I got home.
Also...do you think that a group of 3 would keep them happy ? And yes...I'll be looking into a larger tank later this year. Not just for this, but in general.
