Ive been given a leopard wrasse and might need to catch my yellow chysus wrasse (about 3"). Im aware of the bottle trap method as i used it for a dottyback before. What type of food or bait will be simply irresistible for my chrysus wrasse. Hes pretty smart. I tried frozen krill for an hour last night and he checked it out but didnt go in.

Still havent caught him. Out of town for a week so havent had time to try again. The last time i tried i used frozen marine cuisine and he kept going up to the bottle entrance but didnt go in. Whould i be better off putting live brine shrimp or something more tempting?

Try frozen mysis. That seems to be the favorite food for my fish.
