Betta fins

So I've had my male butterfly betta for about a month now and he's always had kind if crumpled fins (mostly his bottom fin) Is this normal or is there something wrong that I can fix? It just seems strange and I've never seen another betta with fins like that


Kind of hard to tell from the picture put his bottom fins crumple near the end
