Betta with cloudy eye

noticed today that my betta has a cloudy eye and it seems to be bulging very slightly. He is still eating and behaving normally so I’m not sure if it is bothering him or if it’s anything I should be worried about. Here is a before/after picture of him. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks

Is the bulge just on one side?
