Betta with swim bladder disorder

Help! My new male betta, Spencer, has swim bladder and I don't know what to do! Is there anything I can do to cure him of this? He's really grown on me, I wouldn't forgive myself if he died

I hear pealed peas help just microwave a lil to soften it ... I skip one day a week on my Betta feeding to prevent

If he has swim bladder issues because he is constipated, starving him for 3 days may help. Then feed tiny bits of cooked, skinned pea. It's supposed to help with constipation, if he'll eat it.
How is he swimming and for how long ?
