Bichir

So it takes that long with many hiding places and stuff could I get a 3 inch Oscar to go with the bichir or will the Oscar grow to quick and eat him.

The Oscar will outgrow the bichir by a LOT. I forgot to mention my bichir has mostly been a solo fish. I tried to keep it with my red devil as well as a Trimac. Both of which out grew my bichir by a lot and I know O's grow even faster them both the cichlids I keep.
