I thought with Bio-Spira you don't need to do anything to the water, presumably it worked as directed.
I keep reading about adding ammonia and water changes.

So, when I add the bio-spira what should I do next???

You are supposed to add the bio spira and fish at the same time. If the stuff is good you will have no cycle.

Bio-spira provides all the nutrients/bacteria/good stuff you would acquire if you were to do a cycle with ammonia but like rich311k said, you need to have fish in there already in order for that bacteria to stay alive
