They say you can run it for a couple hours for glofish, so im assuming since glofish are just modified zebra danios, they should be able to handle the light for a few hours a night.

GloFish are zebra danios that have jellyfish genes inserted into their DNA. I don't think a black light will hurt the fish, especially if you only use it for a few hours a day.
