Black skirt tetra

Other sure if something is wrong with my tetras. We moved yesterday and couldn't get tank set up right away. The fish were super pale. This am they all seemed to have colour back and we're swimming around. Tonight I went to check on them and one of them for sure is super pale and seems to have red around gill and I belive his head. My snail did not survive the move. Any ideas of what could be wrong or what I can do? I realize they could be stressed. Any help would be appreciated.

When you moved your tank, what did you do with your filter and substrate? You might be having a mini cycle.

I left everything in tank water.
