I have a silver molly that has black skin color spots naturaly.
Now it looks like there are foreign black spots?

I have some dalmatian mollies that have orange pigment in them, in very odd places. For the longest time I thought it was velvet disease, but they are perfectly fine. Over time I noticed that the spots grew and seemed to spread out as the mollies got bigger, perhaps you are experiencing the same thing.

after a pwc because od almost 160 nitrate reading
the moon light went on a few hours latewr the molly was swelled up and dead?

Black spots normally cause by one of three things,

1. Stress , could be tankmates or water conditions.
2. Diet, to high of certain compounds like spiriula.
3. Parasites.

This can be treated easily with better water conditions, choosing tankmates wisely, and use Higher quality of food.
