Bloated fish

Hi..please can I have some advice on how to help my bloated Bristlenose Pleco?
I have managed to catch it and put it in a smaller tank..with some bacteria medication in the water. I don't have any peas but have blanched courgette. It's on top of my aquarium snail tank as its warm and I've darkened it off a bit. Is there anything else I can do to help it? It's so much smaller than the other two, but I want it to survive.

If he’s just constipated, try zucchini. Also, if you’re not including driftwood in the tank, that’s something they require.
