Blood in fins or natural color?

My betta is mostly blue but has red stripes in his fins. I can't tell if it's natural or not but there's nothing that nips at him and he flares one a week when I put a mirror by the tank to get a pic of him. it's mainly on the anal fin and at the tip of the back fin

That is completely normal coloration and not bloody fins.
