Well, the little Anubius Nana that I threw in my nano has made a flower and I am wondering if I should trim it off, or let it do it's thing... ? These things don't propagate this way do they? I am new to the world of A. Nana...

I think it came from the store with the bud on there, but unopened and I thought it was a new leaf... Could this be a sign that it was grown emersed prior?

Anubias Nana can and will flower underwater if it's happy. Congrats! Go ahead and let it do it's thing and enjoy the bloom. Unfortunately you won't get any seeds because the bloom is underwater. To get seed you would need to have two blooms open about 3 days apart above water. They can't self pollinate which is why the blooms need to open a few days apart so that one has pollen when the other is ready to receive the pollen. Once the bloom starts to degrade (about a month) go ahead and remove it.
