Blue gourami and german blue ram

I just got a German blue ram and my blue gourami will not stop chasing him around. How do I stop this aggression.

My dwarf gourami gave my Bolivian a hard time at first, but it's died down a good bit. First the DG got use to him and then the Bolivian settled in and stood up to him a bit.

All of this took about 2 weeks.

Ok I'll just see if they can work things out over time

hm thats werid i used to have them sam fish in a old tank and never had a problem..i have 2 gold gouramis and a gold ram together now and they act like they never see each over
