I have a flame and shes never nipped at my corals. She's the perfect looking "centerpiece", like you're looking for. Also really active! I say go for it and give yours seaweed/nori. If fed well, it MAY never resort to your corals.

Honestly, my flame is a perfect citizen. No aggression, no chasing others, she's the role model of the tank. Watch, now that I saidthat, she's gonna nip all the corals and terrorize the fish lol.
