Ive got some bristleworms and i was wondering do the traps in pet stores really work? or are there any other methods that anyone has tried and been successfulwith. also what bait to rebait the traps with. some are small and some are probably a maximum of 6 inches oustretched. thanks and love the site!

I consider them a great free addition to my clean up crew, so I have never used the traps.

Might have to grab that 6 inch one at nite sometime. Just to feel better that there's nothing that big uninvited to your tank. I don't mind seeing them in tank either, but I haven't seen anything larger than a couple inches.

6" might bother me too. Nite time. Long tweezer type underwater thingies! :)

i definately dont mind having them i just dont want the ones that are bigger and have a lot of little hair spikes to stick me with if im moving rocks around i guess i am going hunting with a flashlight tonight
