Bristlenose issue new member

I woke up 2 days ago with my bristlenose pleco so be pretty swollen. I did a water change, I've done an epson salt soak I've tried to give him some peas can anyone help with what is going on or how to fix this. Thank you in advance to who ever help my buddy I dint wanna see anything happen to him

It appears your BN (bristle nose) pleco has belly bloat if this Is over a long period of time and got bigger and bigger I'd say shed be obese or preggers but since it was over night I'd say belly bloat. I've has this happen to other fish but my plecos are common and my BN has never been preggers so I'm pretty sure it's belly bloat, have you noticed any thing missing in the tank or did you see something dead and left it in there. It might have a big meal I swallowed and that's just it's stomach expanding like a gulper catfish to allow the space for the big meal.
