Bristleworm?

So I was moving some rocks around and this guy fell out. The sight made me jump. Is this a bristleworm? If not is it beneficial? Whenever I touch it with a pipet it curls up.

you don't want to touch these with bare hands those bristle's are hard to remove and do hurt can also cause infection
