what other fish can i put with my CAE?
Thanks

Hi kathleen. How big is your tank? What else do you have in the tank?

10g im getting a bigger one for her because i found out she will need a much much larger tank. im going to add plants, gravel and some type of decoration

The bigger tank you can get, the better. The smallest tank I'd keep one in is a 33g tank, but this will really limit what you can put in there. I myself have a chinese algae eater in a 35g tank with an assortment of barbs. The barbs are too fast for the chinese algae eater to bother. I'd recommend a 55g+ tank; with more space the fish will be less aggressive and territorial and you'll also have more of a selection of companions.

the only thing in my tank my CAE doesnt harass is my cray.my rosy reds get harassed, but they dish it right back(though,i imagine it will go down quite differently once my CAE grows a couple inches)
