Can freshwater moray be kept with spiny eels.

I know what you all will say, they are brackish but say if it were to be in freshwater can a freshwater moray eel be mixed with other eels like peacock eels and tire track eels and zigzag eels and other spiny eels.

I wouldn't. Eels are highly territorial and will most likely kill others.
Not to mention that the fact that this would need to be a very large tank.
Also, like you mentioned, freshwater moray eels need brackish as there are no true freshwater morays.
