Can frogs or shrimp get Ick?

my loach is scratching a lot, but there are no spots. I've noticed a few barbs scratching every once in a while. It's an anglicus botia loach and I don't think it has any scales. They get it rather easily don't they.

The heater is turned up to 88 and let me be honest, that scares me. I woke up this morning and turned on the light crossing my fingers.

Are my frog and shrimp in danger of getting it??

I know frogs can get ich but am not sure about shrimp. Did you add extra aeration or lower the water some to create extra aeration? Don't worry your fish will be fine. I even keep clown loaches in with my discus and the temp is 86.5 all the time in that tank!

I didn't add any extra air. The water line is about an inch below where the glass line is. I hope that is enough.
