I have a black mystery snail and am worried about it's shell not getting enough calcium. What should I give it for it's shell? Many people have said tums but it has a bunch of other stuff on the ingredients such as phosphate, sorbital, sucrose, etc. Is there any kind of pure calcium tablets I can buy without a prescription that only has calcium? Or is there calcium supplements made specifically for snails?

You can break up a cuttlebone and put pieces in your filter, or just put them into the tank.
