Can i have plants with this light fixture

LED 22 white/2 blue, .11 watts per led, 2.42 total watts, 460 lux, 165 total lumens. The light that comes with the generic 10g starter bio wheel marineland tank. Black sand in the tank. Thanks.

You might be able to sustain anubias or other lowlight plants but I doubt they'll thrive.

That is very low light and you may be able to sustain anubia, java ferns, bolbitus, and crytps in the substrate.
